Summary: Our wine tour to the Saint-Émilion region was fantastic. A big thank you to our guide François, who shared his vast knowledge and made this experience unforgetable. We visited two wineries, one using classical wine making methods, and one using contemporary methods. We learned so much about the production of wine, and what makes Saint-Émilion wines unique.
